Eren being a Titan Shifter in Attack on Titan derailed the other Titan Shifters's plans by causing them to shift their focus towards Eren.WRONG! Rosemary, despite being just 13-years-old, proved to be much smarter and more independent than Herman believed, flat-out telling him that if he tried to discard her, she'd reveal their plans and he'd go down with her. Also, Hermann thought that hiring Rosemary as Nadja's Body Double would give him an advantage.
